Albany, GA—Georgia is expected to become the first state to allow independent pharmacies to sell medical marijuana. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Georgia Board of Pharmacy began accepting applications in early December. But the Drug Enforcement Administration is fighting it.
