Lower Cape Fear LifeCare attains highest level in We Honor Veterans program

Wilmington, NC—Lower Cape Fear LifeCare recently attained Level Five Partnership in the We Honor Veterans program, a collaboration of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Level Five is the highest level in the program, and only four% of hospices in the United States have earned the distinction. The nonprofit received notification of attaining Level Five status just before the dedication of its second Veterans Memorial Garden on its Wilmington campus.
