Four hundred fifty thousand dollars is nothing to sneeze at, yet VNA Hospice of Northwest Indiana, a nonprofit Porter County chose to receive that share of $33 million in American Rescue Plan Act grant money, has yet to fill out the necessary paperwork to receive the hefty donation.
