Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a complex clinical syndrome that affects approximately 37.7 million people and is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. In this randomized clinical trial involving 445 patients with CHF in China, patients who were assigned to a pharmacist-led management intervention showed modest improvement in medication adherence at 52 weeks compared with patients assigned to usual care.
